Was working on endurance since april. started building in Midjune. Will skip the mes in summer. started righting down in august.

Ran out of time had a badminton match with a friend so cancelled hammer curls and biceps isolations and forearms. Chest ok can push more but ill take it easy ill need them for the archery, should reach 150 in 3 weeks max. Smoking ban still in place since 30/08/2008 god I hate the cravings. Will do Legs tomorrow sat while fasting no water no food should be interesting J.

My back gave way so I stopped at 150 squats didn’t have a belt. Delayed onset soreness in chest means I did something right. Im 89kg doesn’t make sense. wont eat anything today want blood glucose depleted and gluconeogenesis and B-oxid online for tom. Applying the biochem I studied :P.

Went to train with powerlisting judge Andy small man gravity defying lifts!! was supposed to be chest day. Ended up doing everyhing to show him technique learnt tons.

120kg 6 according to any technique excellent so should use legs more in deadlifts (sumo deadlifts)

anyone have any clue how to train midback muscles in isolation? not in a combination exercise.

Not too good in any department to much bloody office work so i used the excuse to not go. took a big rest (rowing only) and downed 18 eggs. Sumos on wed. should be good.

Why do you want to isolate? Hit it with 10-20 sets of deads, rows, chins and you're all set.

With the weights you are using you most likely don't need isolation movements for your big muscle groups. Hit them hard with compound movements and add some isolation exercises for the smaller muscles.
What's your goal with the training anyway? Are you an athlete or only training to look good nekkid? :)

couldnt care less how i look naked. As far as im concerned its the quality of the muscles currently im maximising strenght and alternating it with endurance so i work to a wight platuae maintain it and increase reps at that weight then increase weights again etc. Im doing it to primarily increase muscle, bone and tendon strenght and endurance. For very useful things like rugby and soon powerlifting will be guest lifting in sept should be fun. thx for the ques

Training went horribly wrong.
Sumus deadlifts: after a few lifts mine back is fucked and old innner thight injury exacerrbated. I HAVE A MASSIVE blue bruise on my inner thigh. i hope its not torn again...

half our jogging 5km to cool em of then stupid sumos. then dead legs whole day messed up
so went to steam room sauna etc and swimming.
eating better 1kg chicken 250g tatties 1 littre milk.
thursday working with chris on chest. upper body excellent condition back ok. legs overtrained i think it was the monday multiple session. still need a belt all shops ive bin in dont have powerlifting belts or not my size. advised by andy clegg to get flat shoes im tilted 5 to 10 degrees forward in squats and dead lefts running shoes i use have heavy padded heels.
