comment: shoulders have improved feel ok. and im stil beltless so deadlifts finish of my back still.:P who needs it anyway :D. will do deadlift again tomorrow on 25/08 with a 2 metre giant i sort of caught his attention while deadlifting, then again, my shouting/screaming attracts all sort of unwanted attention. i did get a nose bleed at the 180 from well straining :D might explode soon like a true arob lol ;).

deadlifts again!! with conan the barbarian 2 metre giant. i should have felt bad he can do more than me in everything. but i can deadlift and squat more :D his biceps however are the size of my thighs which is not fair in my opinion humans this big should be banned from gyms.

160 2 tired form deadlifts on friday but now its not pain tired more like out of juice tired which is good.

pull ups chin ups 6 of each, sprained a muscle in upper back right below neck can turn my neck now so cut short session.
comments: next time we do legs hopefulle neck will be fine. again going with giant we were both recovering from crazy session so were both tired today should be in better condition on wednesday. weight at 89kg and stable managed to burn of alot of fat in stomach and thigh area circuference decreased by an inch this month, my jeans are starting to fall of :D so muscle gain complemented by fat loss hence the stable wight.
im eatin mosaka im cooking today horrible healthy vegetables. havent eatin anything today will keep it that way till dinner

Im to busy and not in the mood to eat besides i usually eat one meal a day at round 5 or 6pm if i eat breakfast or lunch its milk in massive quantities. its how i am dont know why. so yea will probably lose weight because im eating less than usaul.

Hehe beating a giant in deadlifts is pretty good, you should feel proud;) Personally, if worst gets to worst, i always challenge the big guys in chins, the only exercise where having 40kg less mass than your opponent is actually a good thing:D
About the belt i agree on the "who needs it anyways" part; using it when ur trying to max out is ok but using it too much may weaken some of the muscles that it relieves. Unless your really training for competition style PL, then using it all the time might not be bad=)

im a biggish guy im built heavily bone tendons and all (an orthopaedic decribed my bone structure like that of a tank) and ive neglected my upper body to long my strenght lies in my legs so my upper body is under construction. so chin ups not my strong point. ask me to dealift tackle someone in rugby or defend in soccer and u can rest assured there will be casualties (theres bin quite a few actually) i sort of play with reckless abandon like a kamikaze as some poeple have described it(its an arab thing:P).
as for belt who need it anyway but sometimes ud like ur back to be online the next day rather than 2 or 3 days later. im going back up to 7 days in gym this 3 times a week sux so belt will be usefull.

No no headaches i can stay days without food 9 days once no effect other than a bad temper. I sometimes am not bothered to eat dont feel like it dunno why my appetite just goes away.
Thx ill be killing myself tomorrow shoult be another 3 hour epic.

wow, I get a headache if I don't eat about 8-9 hours. But the thing is I get it after the meal , dunno why. .. Can i ask you a personal question? I asume your a male, how tall are you and weight? Just thinking about that you don't eat.. How goes the workout if you don't have been eating? Good luck =)
Spice, your forgetting that some of us sometimes use diets where the whole point is to not eat for ~20 hours straight, every day, and we're doing fine:) So i think the egyptian guy will do just fine too =D

Its not really i diet i rarely eat breakfast. i just drink a cup of tea no sugar in the morning and go to the gym at 1 or 12. Im used to eat i stopped eating breakfast when i was 11 or somthing. The work out goes well with or without food or water. even moderate dehydration doesnt affect me that much. In qatar where i lived most of my life with temperatures 50 and above me and my friends would play a full footbal match with a cup of water or none (europeans included it takes them longer to adapt to our weather but they still get burnt by the sun) SO, work out always goes well. same thing in Ramadan when we fast u just get used to no food and water from dawn till dusk its all in the head the more u think about it the more u suffer.

p.s my idea of diet is keep food coming in at the same level but increase sports violently as in 6 to 8 hours of working out joggin footbal swimming a day it works fantastically for me. and my meals is one big ass food fest in the everning breakfats and supper are a waste of time :D
haha, alright I can c that ur living well with this diet , that's good =) But still I don't understand how little u eat, but it's just in my head,u don't have to explain again :P I can live with that ;)

food none so far not bothered today to damn busy typing shit.
comment: my neck is killing me that lower dorsal neck muscle is on fire i cant turn my head! I dont seem to get tired from the squats im neglecting legs somwhat. Ill ad leg press to the mix lower the wights on the squats and do a massive pyramid with higher reps i need them to burn and get sore. will do chest tom along with tri and biceps again. the cable biceps are fantastic the resistance remains constant even when its fully curled. could feel the sore lump/burn in bi today.
othewrwise feeling miserably haggard no sleep. have no clue why. ive bin on 6 hours of sleep in 3 days?! badle affecting my workout. will jog later today.

egyptians dont need food!! we use pyramid power somtimes solar. I actually think we run on sheer stupidity at times not atp.

legs okay from last time so im going again need to absolutely kill them will focus on preses and quads. will also be doing pul ups and bents over rows and vertical rows for the shoulders and lats. tomorrow will be doing chest bi tri and forearms :D. knuckles a bit sore from hardening exercises gripping stuff feels woblly now. will fill u in again after session. a friend is here visiting and im supposed to be a tour guide. shes already taken me shopping!!! my neighbor baked me bread coz i made her and her husband dinner so i ate 1kg bread too.
so i have to behave myself again and eat like a normal human its ramadan on monday anyways so the fast begins ill be hard pressed in the gym no water no food from 3 am till 8:30pm and deadlifts etc is bound to stretch what i can take. ive done it before but its sooooooo anoying to get used to in the first few days.
