I'm new on this forum, I just found it actuallyso and I don't know if anyone is gonna answer becouse I wrote in english.
I'm 27 years old, 1.83 cm and 71 kg. The only way for me to gain weight is to go to the gym, but I have a small problem: I CAN'T cook so I had to stop going to gym after 1 month. To bad couse I had a card for a year. Can someone tell me a couple dishes that you can do it fast and simple? Something that anybody can do it?

How about some "Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce"? It´s very easy; just heat it up in a saucepan and you´re good to go. Add some spices if you like, I'd recommend oregano or some barbeque-mix. Very tasty and, no offence, very english. :P It´s great! :)

Or some porridge oats? Good proteinesource which is good for building muscles. ;) Just mix water and oats and heat it, again, in a saucepan or in a microwave-oven. Sprinkle some sugar with cinnamon on the top and enjoy. Perhaps some jam if you don't fancy cinnamon? I use lingonberry, quite nice.

Excactly how far does your expertise go on the skill of cooking? Your problem sounds very... interesting. I'd suggest you get a cookbook and start reading and experiment. Otherwise, pasta is a very easy meal to prepare. And I´m pretty sure you have ready-made-italian-tomato-sauce-in-jars where you live, ey? 1 +1 = Food. Buy some bread to go with it as well.

Feel free to give us more information regarding your state of knowledge in cooking. In that way you can get more help. :) The two meals I recommended should help you through the next day, at least. ;)
